Your response may be in point form but should clearly outline the activities and initiatives that take place in your school relative to the Freggie™ program and in promotion of its message encouraging healthy choices – that include fresh fruits and veggies- as part of a healthy diet and active lifestyles. Extra entries will be awarded for submissions that demonstrate school wide integration, creativity, curriculum assimilation and more.

Please forward documents/photos/other examples that showcase Freggie™ activities at your school. These might include but are not limited to: newsletter inserts, jokes shared, class based projects dealing with fruits and veggies, healthy and active initiatives like walking clubs or smoothie parties, related artwork, Freggie™ social clubs, related videos or pictures, letters/emails to Freggie™, and more. Files should be sent to skarkash@cpma.ca and received within 24hours of form submission. Please use school name in subject line. Attachments should be smaller than 7MB.
